Saildrive shaft service kit.

This Saildrive service kit includes the following parts required to service and repair the lower unit on an S130 and S150 Saildrive. Any saildrive should be drained of oil and serviced every autumn to ensure no emulsified oil is present within the gearbox. The seals don't last forever and can be damaged by a stray fishing line if wrapped or trapped behind the propeller. Check for deep ridges on the shaft, around the area where the oil seals sit. If too deep, the shaft may need to be replaced to ensure an oil/water seal is maintained.
