This is a replacement fuel feed pump for a Volvo Penta 2001,2002 or 2003 with a serial number up to S/N-2300048625. It is required when changing the lift pump from part number 833323 to 21134777.
Early lift pumps were non-sealed (able to be split apart). This pipe is required when changing from a non-sealed to a new type (sealed lift pump).
