Note: The ready-mixed amount of coolant required if replacing, not including any calorifier fitted, for a Volvo Penta MD2002 is 4.2 litres of green coolant. Never mix or replace green with VCS yellow coolant. It will gel if mixed. Green coolant should be changed every 2 years.

This is the exhaust elbow or water injection elbow gasket for a 2001, 2002, 2003 or 2003T turbo, MD7, MD6.
This is a 418445 sealing ring used on the exhaust elbow water feed from the thermostat on 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2003T diesel engines and for other engines including KAD diesel engines.
This kit contains the end cap O-rings and 4 seals to service a 2002, 2003 heat exchanger.
