The D2-55F range of Volvo Penta diesel was built from 2009 to 2014. The Volvo Penta D2-55F is a 4-cylinder, freshwater-cooled, compact, quiet and environmentally efficient diesel.

On any Volvo D2-55F, clean out the heat exchanger every 5 years, replace the heat exchanger O-rings and check the exhaust elbow to prevent a build-up of carbon and rust in the outer chamber.
