Volvo Penta D2-60 replacement complete heat exchanger.

This is a genuine heat exchanger including the housing, copper insert, end caps, thermostat and all other parts shown for the D2-60.

To complete this installation, the heat exchanger will need to be masked and painted – please see our painting service, part number 100120

To install this replacement heat exchanger, you will also need:

Manifold gasket, Part Number 3583781

Exhaust elbow gasket 888596

Exhaust side elbow injector gasket 859835

Volvo Penta green paint, Part number 1141566 (heat exchanger is not painted)
