Volvo Penta MD2040 replacement heat exchanger casing.
This is a genuine heat exchanger housing for the MD2040 range. Only the casing is included. Other parts are available separately.
If your heat exchanger casing is the tall and thin version, you will need to purchase this new type of casing (3581927), a heat exchanger insert (3591932) and a new rubber hose (3580527)that goes from the circulation pump to the heat exchanger casing.
The manifold gasket required is part number 3580512.
