We support the Volvo Penta MS25S Saildrive with genuine spare parts, Volvo Penta anodes, oil, and seals plus Saildrive paint to protect the MS25S Saildrive from corrosion. Always fit genuine anodes to your MS25S Saildrive to protect it from corrosion. Volvo Penta MS25S anodes are made to exact specifications to protect the Saildrive.
Aluminium anodes should be used in brackish and saltwater. A Magnesium version should be used for freshwater. Anodes should not be mixed on any installation and should be inspected as often as possible, especially if the boat is in a marina environment with shore power around. If the anode is worn by more than a third, it will need to be changed, due to its surface area being reduced.
Most MS25S Saildrives, use VDS 4.5 engine oil. We also supply Volvo Penta MS25S Saildrive fixed and folding propellers and HydroAxe rope cutters. We can help you with sizing a replacement propeller if required.
Oil capacity: Approximately 2 litres of VDS 4.5 oil.
