Volvo Penta KAD and TAMD exhaust repair kit. 

This is a 3.5" internal diameter repair kit for the exhaust pipe on the 31, 41 and KAD series including KAD32, KAD42, KAD43, KAD44 and KAD300 Volvo Penta diesel engines. Often the exhaust pipe can corrode where it joins to the exhaust hose. This repair kit repairs the exhaust pipe to enable an exhaust pipe to be refitted.
