OML Motor Loc outboard motor locks were invented in Cornwall and still, today remain the most effective way to prevent your outboard engine from being stolen. They are made from the best 316 stainless and are an extremely well made outboard lock, designed to prevent outboard theft. There can be little worse than heading out for a day's boating only to find someone has stolen your outboard motor, leaving you to deal with the loss, painful insurance issues, the costly excess or replacement of the engine and a ruined weekend.

Every OML Motor Loc is made from either high nickel/chrome stainless steel or brass making it impervious to galvanic action in seawater. Most cheaper outboard locks rust and corrode in a saltwater environment.
