Mercury lanyard kill cord, Part Number 8M0234463

Mercury/ Mariner lanyard kill-cord. This must be used when using an outboard to ensure your safety should you fall into the water. This safety Lanyard cuts the engine immediately, should the operator fall overboard.

Fork style lanyard used with the engine mounted stop switch on the Mariner or Mercury and Tohatsu 2.5hp, 3.3hp, 4hp, 5hp 2 stroke outboard engines
4hp, 5hp, 6hp Four Stroke outboard engines.
