For Volvo Penta diesel engines: D1-13, D1-20

Note: The ready-mixed amount of coolant required if replacing, but not including any calorifier fitted, for a Volvo Penta D1-13 is 2.7 litres and for a D1-20 is 3.0 litres, either of green or yellow VCS coolant. Never mix or replace green with VCS yellow coolant. It will gel if mixed. Green coolant should be changed every 2 years or 4 years if using VCS yellow coolant.
