Note: The ready-mixed amount of coolant required if replacing, not including any calorifier fitted, for a Volvo Penta D1-30 is 4.1 litres, either of green or yellow type VCS coolant. Never mix or replace green with VCS yellow coolant. It will gell if mixed. Green coolant should be changed every 2 years or 4 years if using VCS yellow coolant.
