Genuine Mercruiser / Quicksilver anodes are available by mail order. Mercruiser anodes are fitted from new and made to exacting standards to withstand the harsh saltwater environment in which Mercruiser Sterndrives operate. Always use genuine anodes as the correct part is vital to protect your leg from corrosion.

Some websites claim that their non-OEM parts meet or exceed the quality of a genuine Quicksilver part. They are often inferior and in some cases can cost owners thousands to replace corroded parts due to the incorrect anode being fitted.
