Volvo Penta waterproof shaft grease should be used for propeller shafts, rubber stuffing boxes/ dripless lip seals. This is a special grease for marine environments and is especially suitable for saltwater applications. It ensures that a propeller can be removed after imersion for a period of time, preventing the prop from being corroded onto a shaft or saildrive.
