Volvo Penta 150S Series HP

We support the Volvo Penta 150S Saildrive with genuine spare parts, Volvo anodes, oil, and seals plus Saildrive paint to protect the 150S Saildrive from corrosion. Always fit genuine anodes to your 150S Saildrive to protect it from corrosion. Volvo Penta 150S anodes are made to exact specifications to protect the Saildrive.

Aluminium anodes should be used in brackish or saltwater use. A Magnesium version should be used for freshwater. Anodes should not be mixed on any installation and should be inspected as often as possible, especially if the boat is in a marina environment with shore power around. If the anode is worn by more than a third, it will need to be changed, due to its surface area being reduced.

Most 150S Saildrives use VDS 4.5 engine oil. We also supply Volvo Penta 150S Saildrive fixed and folding propellers and the HydroAxe rope cutter which requires no propeller alteration. We can also help you with sizing a replacement propeller if required.

Oil capacity: Approximately 3.25 litres of VDS 4.5 oil.
