The D2-75 range of Volvo Penta diesel was built from 2003 to present-day. The Volvo Penta D2-75 is a 4-cylinder fresh water-cooled engine, compact, quiet and environmentally efficient diesel. The D2-75 series meets BSO, EU RCD Stage II, US. EPA Tier 3 emissions.

We are also the main Volvo Penta dealers. The D2-75 is available with a straight or angled gearbox or a 150S Saildrive.
On any Volvo D2-75, clean out the heat exchanger every 5 years, replacing the 4 O rings. Check the exhaust elbow to prevent a build-up of carbon and rust in the outer chamber.
