This Quicksilver High-Performance Gear Lube with pump kit contains improved emulsifiers to help protect gears should water enter the gear housing and tackifiers to improve oil film adhesion to gears and internal components. For use with all Mercruiser Sterndrives and all outboard models.Quicksilver High-Performance Gear Lube is designed for marine outboards and Mercruiser Sterndrive engines with gear cases above 20hp. Quicksilver Synthetic 25W40 is approved for all marine 4-Stroke applications, including some Verado Outboards, and Mercruiser. It exceeds all marine industry 4-Stroke oil requirements including FC-W and is FC-W Catalyst compatible.
This alignment tool slides inside the transom assembly to check the alignment between the engine and Sterndrive. Engine alignment should be carried out each year to protect the Gimball bearing and Sterndrive UJ.
